So big changes:

I wasn't happy in my job, dropping a day a week didn't do enough, so now I am changing jobs, I have 5 shifts left, and then I'm moving.


And Similarities:

I'm still doing my course - infact I have put a photo up from the series of photos I did for my most recent assignment.

And News:

I'm booked to go to a local metal festival and will be photographing for one of the bands on the bankholiday/jubilee weekend.

I've got a wedding booked in september.

I've got a website in the early stages of construction!!! (excited!)

Been musing recently... what is my photographic style? Do i have something which connects all my images and makes my photography "mine" - a bit like a trademark.

I don't think i have anything that does that persay. I love colour - i love b/w. I love detail and the big picture. I love lines and i love curves. I love people, nature, architecture... I'm just spread too far like too little butter and too much bread.

What should i do about this? How do you develop your own style - apparently over time - well i've done time and I'm still non-the closer.
hmmmm.

So how would you describe your style? And any tips for creating one?

Hey All,

Had a really fun studio shoot today with Holly who is a lovely lass with a classical beauty about her. I've only been in a studio once before and have never worked with a proffesional model, so this was my first real opportunity to play. Loved it and am psyched for thursday when i'm shooting with Shindiggery, this is definately the way to get through a depressing day at work. Knowing can have photo fun at the end of a long day/evening/night.

Considering starting 365 - but i might just be making more work for myself in a turbulent time. Hmmmm, we shall see.

I'm back at least for a bit. Hi all!

Go figure, was out climbing and fell about 4m onto my left foot... now rather hard to walk (with crutches for distance or the notable "zombie" hobble walk without. Back at work after a week off but no energy to do anything else outside work really. Plus have got cheap photobook credit which expires on thursday,  so gonna use my muchos home time to edit photos and put this together.
