Talk All Day Pills

Clear Perspex box - lettering spraypainted through a specially made stencil. Box contains varnished liquirish bullets and smarties to symbolise the 365.25 talk all day capsules...

This piece is based in identity for i'm a talker - and it's a standard joke. So it made sense to make a piece of art symbolising the sharing of my talent. The stencilling is all modelled upon real pill boxes. The purple stripe (tho it's hard to see in the photo) & black writing represent the colours i use/wear most. While the bright coloured sweets represent my wacky creative colourful approach to life and are varnished to make them brighter and all the more appealing. The brand name LB is sort of my initials.

The piece however is a bit soiled from being on display in a school where kids don't know the meaning of looking with their eyes!
